For anyone who was curious. Still have to go before the judge tomorrow, spent all morning in court today though. It’s a long, long story complete with lost files, changes of plea agreements and general frustration. Off to enjoy my afternoon/night in Austin before I must return to court at 8:30am tomorrow.

A NITPICK ... what does her being a waitress with 2 kids have to do with anything? Being a waitress does not mean you are uninformed or dumb. Granted, her comments support that, but still, that's not an important factor in her views. Plus, having 2 kids at the age of 25 means nothing either. People have kids early, it doesn't necessarily mean they're ignorant. That comment smacks of ... guess what! elitism! Like, you can just disregard and dismiss her opinions because of her station and circumstances in life. She's a 25-year-old waitress with 2 kids -- I say good for her for supporting her children! Goddamn.
