This is why I’m fat(ter lately, than normal).

  • Alcohol: margaritas, high gravity beers, Blue Moons, wine, vodka, Maker’s.
  • Eating out: Mexican food lots of it. Often.
  • Living with a (thin, fast metabolism-ed) boy and eating along with him. This is probably the biggest reason. I like to blame others for my failings at self-control.
  • Funemployment a.k.a. sitting on my ass a lot. Not walking to work 5 times a week.
  • And before quitting my job, working at an Italian restaurant and eating all throughout my shift.
  • This morning, I had two breakfasts. I had Special K Blueberry when I got up at 7:30am, then I saw a picture of pancakes and starting craving pancakes, instead of making pancakes, I toasted some Kashi Strawberry Flax waffles at 10:15am.
  • Weakness for cheese. All cheese. Any cheese.
Accountability is what I seek. I need to whip myself into shape. Bah humbug. First step of my plan is sobriety, sigh, and calisthenics.
