It’s been an odd week.
I’m not sure who all is actually invested in my personal life, but I’ll update ya. I got a job. Start on Monday, will work normal hours M-F 8:30-5:00, won’t be able to tumble at work. Especially won’t be able to maintain Bend Me Over at work obviously, but will work on it at night. Job is a receptionist/admin position… and, well, excited about bringing home a paycheck. Other than that, I found out on Tuesday that even though my license suspension will be lifted tomorrow, I won’t be driving anytime soon for very complicated reasons and it’s just depressing to have zero control. The state of Texas and the state of Georgia are conspiring in their complete incompetence to not let me drive for another 12 months. By no fault of my own, other than the original crime (duh, arrest and conviction, but I’ve served my damn sentence and done everything asked of me by Texas). State agencies will be the death of me. Working on getting it resolved, but it looks like it will cost me even more money. I hate being so depressing, but I’m afraid to blog too much because all I want to do is complain and be mad and freak out about getting to and from work when my job is not convenient to public transit.
You really don’t want to be around me this week. Okay, but I promise to cheer up for this weekend’s fun times. Yay for gorgeous weather in Atlanta and fun outside fests.
