i don’t want to alarm anyone
But I haven’t had a meal since Tuesday, and I had a stomach bug on Monday and was on a liquid diet for 24 hours. I’ve eaten mini-pretzels, string cheese and cereal bars. Today I had a popsicle. I’ve drank A LOT. And I’ve worked out a lot. I need to get back on a normal pattern tomorrow. Forcing myself to eat seems weird, but in times of high-stress I usually go full on drunkorexic. Needless to say I’m exhausted.
This is not wise of me, and I would never recommend being such a dumbass but just thought I’d share.
