True story: one of my clients is a huge paint company and we’re redoing their in-store kiosk experience, their main website and a social integration component. In internal discussions about the social piece, someone suggested Pinterest integration and I almost gagged. I fucking hate Pinterest and hope it’s a flash in the pan. I’ve had an account since March 2011 and ew! I argued against Pinterest as a long-term component of the plan. Really hoping people stop with the lame pins.
