The alleged assault occurred at 4 a.m., Aug. 1 during a party at the Buford home of Donald R. Webb, 23, according to a Gwinnett County police report. At the time, Webb was involved in the sexual encounter with his girlfriend, Deonna Neal, and another woman, Brittany Blahnik, when Webb noticed Mark Robinson standing at his bedroom door.
Webb asked Robinson to leave, but he refused. Webb reminded Robinson that he was a guest and to not disrespect him.
