Manning allegedly made a comment about how cute the nurse was who came to help the couple. Draper says he then allegedly told the nurse something looked wrong with her neck and attempted to massage it before grabbing her breast.
The nurse pushed Manning away and reported the incident to police. He was arrested on suspicion of felony forcible sexual abuse and missed the birth of the child.
