After publicly denouncing American Idol last week, and reading the ensuing and unintentionally hilarious debate, I’ve found myself watching the show more and more. The more I watch it, the more it grows on me. I’ll give up on it soon I’m sure when normal shows return, but for now I will retreat into a cocoon of self-loathing and shame.
