Apparently a bunch of kids in Georgia (about 40% for the math test) failed the CRCT tests that are needed to advance to the next grade and this is a comment on the article.
Just because we live in the South and are from Georgia, does not mean we are stupid. I hate this assumption. Also, if you want to be depressed, read the comments on this article, the racism and prejudice against single parents is disturbing.
