Business, Not Pleasure
Today I’m going to Atlanta with my momma and tomorrow I fly out of Hartsfield at noon to go and seal my fate with the Texas courts. I have to connect in Houston both ways before heading on to Austin and I’m staying in a hotel with internet access only in public areas. I’ll have my laptop with me (don’t leave home without it!), but not sure how much I’ll be blogging. Especially since I have a feeling I’m going to be on edge and just emotionally drained the whole time… ugh.
My goal is to make the most out of my little jaunt to Austin (one of my favorite cities), but not sure how much time I’ll have to do that. I’m staying on the La Quinta on E 11th St. right next to the Capital building and in the city center, if anyone knows of an awesome place I should go eat dinner or lunch that’s not too steep, send me an email por favor. And I will be alone, so a place I won’t feel lame being by myself would be fabulous. And I’ll more than likely have all of Wednesday afternoon ad evening to do whatever, so if you know anything near the city center or the UT campus that I should go do, let me know that too.
