Somehow, while being out after work yesterday meeting a few friends and then my girlfriend for a couple of drinks, I forgot to eat. As I didn’t get home until gone 11, I didn’t bother then either.
This seems to be a purely male thing. My boyfriend “forgets” to eat too. How do you do that? I never “forget” to eat. Occasionally I may really not have any time at all to grab something, but I always know I’m hungry and always know I should have eaten. Food is on my mind almost all the waking hours of the day. I wake up in the morning and think about what I get to eat that day, decide and then look forward to it. It’s shocking I’m not bigger.
