(Caveat: I only read the first page, so who knows if the usual “public transportation? That’ll let the thugs near my gated community” nonsense I’ve heard from anti-MARTA exburbanites for 10 years is there or not.)
Me? I’d love to have a job/work situation where I almost never drive, and that’s difficult to pull off in Atlanta right now.
The answer to metro Atlanta’s traffic problem: kill a bunch of people or maybe just get some to move away. The only solution I can see. There’s just too many people. Some better public transit would be super, but I won’t be holding my breath.
