My heart broke last night. And being “blackout” drunk only erased the pain for a few hours. This morning I woke up to my heart, and my head, aching. I threw my little black dress into the hamper. It was the first time I had worn it and now it smells of defeat. At least USA today still thinks we’re a top ten team.
The SEC title will be ours. And on that day I will be wearing bright, bright red.
Aw, your poor dress! Haha. I was wearing the same black dress to this game that I wore to Auburn blackout last year so I don’t think it’s my dress that’s bad luck, but this is the first game where I’ve been in Athens this season and didn’t watch it at home so maybe I should not go to Athens for anymore games.
