Actual serious question, looking for actual serious feedback!
I was given a 120GB ipod classic and a little red ipod shuffle today, which is totally awesome. Before it broke, I had a 30GB video ipod from like two Christmases ago and I filled it up, almost completely, but with a lot of stuff that I never listened to much. I had songs on my old computer that I downloaded when I was 16, tons of duplicates and way too much jam band crap. I can pay someone to get those 6,300 songs off my old ipod, if I want them … which I guess I do, but not necessarily to listen to on a regular basis.
Anyways, my dad bought my mom an ipod touch and it’s awesome. I get it now. I finally feel like I have a better feel for the touch screen and can type pretty well with only a couple hours practice. Here’s my query: I think I’d like to exchange my ipod classic for the 32GB ipod touch. There’s a price difference, but that’s not an issue. Do you like your ipod touch? I live in a large city so there’s some good free wifi spots and the building where I work has wifi. I don’t think I care so much anymore about having all my songs on my ipod. If I pay to get them off my old ipod then I’ll have them on an external harddrive.
My bigger question is, should I just get an iphone and be done with it? I have Verizon so it’s a move of carriers, but my phone bill is about $109 a month without any data stuff. I have tons and tons of minutes.
What is your suggestion?
